From the mid-1950s to the mid-1960s, the Cooperative, although operating normally, carried out little or no commercial fruit promotion activity. Its operation was based on the sale of agricultural supplies to the producers of Eastern Pelion and the sale of household items.
In 1964, a group of 50 dynamic producers collectively applied to join the Organization, with the aim of jointly gathering and marketing apples. In the digitized file from the Minutes of the Meetings of the Board of Directors, their registration in the Cooperative and their names are mentioned in detail. From that period onwards, the Cooperative began to take on its newest and most modern structure.
